so how good are they at cutting bone? Say the backbone out of a chicken?
Could you please review the 12” roast beef slicing knife for brisket?
As a man who loves to cook and manually sharpen my own knives, i like the idea of the shear come apart not only for cleaning and for manual sharpening. You got yourself a sale ATBBQ.
Pretty much any $5 pair of kitchen shears will cut a string or a piece of butcher's paper. Don't get me wrong, I love Wusthof knives and own a couple myself. How would these shears do if you tried cutting pizza, trimming down bamboo skewers, or attempted to spatchcock a turkey with them?
Another great product review Tom. I use my cutco shears in the kitchen all the time and they too come apart for easy cleaning. These look very nice too.
I have these, work great but if you're not paying attention and only grab one handle the other blade can come loose and go flying in any direction. Yikes!
Very good set of shears. They were my first choice. Wound up with equal quality Shun DM 7300s because I got incredible deal. Shears will spoil you in a hurry.
I saw you using the nakiri knife in your last video. I have the wusthof Chef knife and was thinking about getting the nakiri. Are the benefits worth the money?
I assume there good for spatchcocking a chicken also…
Thanks for the video, I love to use my Wustof shears to cut apart whole chickens too!
