Wusthof Classic 8" Santoku | Product Roundup by All Things Barbecue
Chef Tom shows off the Wüsthof Classic 8″ Santoku. If you’re in the market for a Santoku knife, this knife has balance, but the 10º angled allows for precision work with a slightly longer 8″ blade.

I like my high carbon handmade knives from knifewear.com A veggie cleaver and a chicken knife is where it's at.. Moritaka has 700years in the edge making
Been looking for a new santoku after my cheap ones handle cracked and broke.
I've had this knife for 5 years now, and I think it's about time I get it sharpened. Do you recommend any at home sharpening tools, or should I get it professionally done?
Please indicate when you do a product placement from your personal opinion, as this can prove difficult to differentiate otherwise. Great cooking! Keep up the good work.
(I edited my initial post because it was unfairly simplistic and ill explained. I posted "sellout")

What's the difference between a Santoku and a Gyuto, besides the dimples?
IMO, you have a great balance between instructional video & product. PLUS, your channel is FREE .. the guy who complained down below is quite a nasty human being.

I love mine! It was the first one that I invested in!
