When Chef Tom made the Mexican Chopped Brisket he said it would make a great taco, so we tried it! Any time you combine a deconstructed chili relleno and chopped brisket, we’ll be there for it. Roasted peppers, melted cheese and fresh toppings mean every bite is full of flavor. This one is a mouthful to say and a mouthful to eat, it’s too good to pass up!
