Amazing as always guys. You can never go wrong cooking with leeks .
Some really good lookin stuff.If you want to try a twist on the ramp butter, take your ramps clean them an dehydrate just until crisp.Blend them to a powder and add pats of butter to the powder. Mix thoroughly and put in the fridge until you want to use .Enjoy
