I was browsing at Walmart today and saw these and remembered your video. I bought some and smoked them. They were damn good because I followed your instructions. Thanks man, you’re the best
I am doing these tomorrow. Just like you did. Except I am using SPG seasoning instead. Cross your fingers. 250-275 for 2 hours and covered for 2 hours on my Pit boss 700 FB.
I use mesquite wood
It looks like your heat diverter is hand made if so what type of wood did you use and how did you keep the bottom from burning?
I like the membrane also im a cook on a professional level 32 years love the show
Have you ever tried doing a brisket point that they sell at Walmart?
had some bites of a wire brush in a burger once. Awful, could of ended up in ER.
Uh oh Walmart commenting on your posts. Watch out and be careful as other companies are probably watching your videos also.
These are litterally left over cuts, but hey.. its real meat lol.
BBC = big black chiken
Someone is watching too much chefJon
Lol I buy them as dog treats
My mom had dentures and she felt she had to parboil pork ribs, she felt that was the only way to get them tender….
My father loved boiled chicken.
My friend is Indian and she boils her meat before cooking. It tastes wonderful.
Looks like you over did it, by a shi! load. I doubt a buzzard would eat that jerky!
Brisket is $1.89lb in Texas
4 hrs..
The only meat I boil is brats, boiled in beer butter onion and garlic, never plain water. anything else no, I just marinate
She boils the fuckin chicken, what a shame
