How long to marinate the "big 3" (beef, chicken pork")? I realize this is a tough question since many variables (Cut of meat, thickness, etc) apply, but just looking for additional information as to how much this decreases marinade time. Thanks!

That's cool, and thanks again for the great videos.

Unrelated, but you guys always ask for video ideas… It would be really cool if you guys could do some videos on leftovers. I have 6lbs of leftover brisket in the fridge right now which will be tacos, chili, and baked potatoes. I'm curious to hear what you come up with and how you cook it. Thanks again.

Were you paid by Vacu Vin Instant Marinater for this video? Do you actually use this product and plan to use it for the next year in your own business? Just wondering, I haven't seen a video like this since I subscribed. I wanted to know more details about how these products are selected and if you make money off advertising them or are you doing it because they are the best, cost effective way to marinate meat in short period of time that you personally have found from your own experience?

Thank you! Keep up the hard work!
