I would take you a LOT more seriously if you would begin your cooking by purchasing non PFAS chemical coating cookware. I understand (well), the increased time it takes to clean the regular pans, however, why should we all suffer cancer from PFAS chemicals, which are poisoning the eastern United States… (Thanks, DuPont chemical company…. (oh, and for plastics too) ) . Just think … you could not only demonstrate cooking, but also demonstrate how to care for regular pots and pans… Also, the pans should be stainless steel, not cheap aluminum, which is a soft molecule, and so it migrates into the foods. Chef, I don't mean to sound critical of what you are doing, but also want to elevate the education around PFAS chemicals,, which are used to coat all "NON-STICK" cookware. In case you didn't really have this issue on your radar before, here is a link to a documentary about the horrors of these PFAS chemicals. I never deep fry. Have heard of dusting meat with flour, not cornstarch. What is the diff? Why do you choose cornstarch?

It spread to Oahu n later California. The basis of the dinner roll is Portuguese sweet bread (one of many delights fr the Portuguese who traveled to Hawaii).
