Larry, this looks incredible! I love turkey meatballs, and I cannot wait to try this. Do you think you can check out my last recipe, and perhaps give me some feedback? It would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Nuthin' worse than overworking your meat, Boy! Gotta say that your balls do look mighty good, though…  LOL

I am, however, currently having issues with ground turkey, on a scale even worse than my boycotting of $4 / lb chicken wings. I bought a pound of ground turkey not long ago, made tacos, and it was impressively good. Until I noticed what I'd paid for it. The frickin' stuff was 10¢ / lb higher than 90/10 ground sirloin!! No schteenkin' way! Seems that everything that gets "trendy" with the yuppie crowd goes sky high, in this case forcing me to eat unhealthy ground sirlion instead.  LOL

Excellent job, Larry  🙂    Looks fabulous . . .  making me hungry already, and it's only 10am!    <lol>    Besides being a great topping for any pasta dish, I bet these would be super for making a meatball sub as well   🙂   Thumbs up,  Norfolk Joe

These looks great! Great tip to mix all the herbs and crumbs before adding the meat. I'm going to make these and freeze to have them on hand. I've been buying turkey meatballs – I know! 😉 Will be stopping that and shopping for ing. this weekend. Thanks, Larry!

Larry, this recipe is somewhat different from the way I learned to make meatballs. But I have to hand it you, the turkey meatballs looked perfectly juice and popping with flavor! OK, so you didn't use parmesan, but the addition of granulated onion, cayenne and chile powder give it a whole new wonderful dimension! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
