Hey Chef Tom, what’s the best way to cook a beef arm roast?
I ordered half a steer, got a bunch of these and have no idea what to do with it! Any ideas???
That is quite a different take on Cordon Bleu, you never cease to amaze.
Looks really good and I'd bet it tastes even better than chicken. For me turkey & swiss is a classic, throw in some ham and that combo goes over the top. 😋
As always brilliant Chef Tom.👍🏼
RIGHTEOUS, MR. TOM !!!
Awesome!!
That's Delicious And Nice Food.
No flour and eggs???
I really wanted to see this deep fried, still looks good but I'm disappointed.
Turkey I would actually eat!
Over the top, Chef Tom!! What a great way to utilize turkey breast!!! Just awesome
Like I am looking at the movie Tremors, lol.
Nice…
i knew i shouldnt watch.. salivating ! Amazing stuff
Being a tool guy with tools for fixing tools, Id like to make the recommendation that you visit Harbor Freight Tools and pick up a "Dead-blow" hammer. Its a plastic hollow hammer filled with metal shot which far outperforms any meat hammer you have used to flatten a cut of meat. Cheap too!
THE ABILITY TO USE ANY TYPE OF MEAT TO MAKE IMPOSSIBLE DISHES LIKE THIS BLOWS ME AWAY THAT WILL LOOK AND TAST DEVINE ON THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY TURKEY SPREAD , I NEED TO ATTEMPT TO MAKE THIS DISH
THANKS CHEF TOM AND ATBBQ 👍🏾✌🏾🙏🏾
At 400F I'm guessing the diffuser plate removed?
Looks delicious!
