I'm getting a fresh Turducken from my butcher. Do you recommend injecting it then allowing it to sit in the fridge while drying out the skin?

Stopped eating meat last year for personal reasons ,turn back the clock 2 years and i would still fund this repulsive. Like something Beyond any individual religion or personal believe that tells me there is something morally wrong about enjoying this dish.

I like that you stuffed the limbs. I just ran the knife down the bone and filleted it out.

I just want to thank you! This past Christmas my wife and I followed your recipe to the “T” and pulled off the Turduckin. Our family was amazed and it turned out perfect. The project is big and takes a lot of time but is completely worth it. The layers of flavors is truly unexplainable until you try it. Thank you chief Tom!
