The project is big and takes a lot of time but is completely worth it. The layers of flavors is truly unexplainable until you try it. Thank you chief Tom!

I'm getting a fresh Turducken from my butcher. Do you recommend injecting it then allowing it to sit in the fridge while drying out the skin?

I like that you stuffed the limbs. I just ran the knife down the bone and filleted it out.
