Hey, T-Roy! I smoked a chuck roast on Monday using the slow-n-sear with a Weber kettle. It turned out really well (I guess I can’t include a pic). Tonight I’m using the leftovers in beef vegetable soup, and it is outstanding. Thanks for all of your vids! I’m really enjoying some the older ones especially.
In NC, we call that red slaw, some call it bbq slaw.

Just started getting back into Barbecuing, I used to watch your channel quite a bit a few years ago Always thought you had one of the best barbecue channels. Thought I'd check you out to see if you're still making videos. Really glad to see you are and congrats on the subscribers.
