Hey Chef Tom, how about a vid on products and methods for food friendly disinfecting/cleaning work area after say processing raw poultry and other meats??? Love the videos, keep it up!
Chef Tom, I have seen you use at least two different instant read hand held thermometers in your videos. Can you recommend a few "good bang for the buck" brands and models?

Could you guys possibly do a video of how to thoroughly clean down one of the yodal YT series use in most videos as I am just about to buy my first one and knowing what to do and what not to do is really useful to know. Also I guess a how to start one up? Lastly do you know any sites in the UK where you can get some of those dry rubs you are showcasing?
Useful, if your going to do any informative videos, ive recently got into beginners smoking in a bullet smoker, and having troubles getting the heat high enough, maintaining the heat, and telling when the meat is done, outside of just a meat thermometer (which i use)
