Your wings looks awesome! This will be a good game day food!?
I have to try this recipe my mouth is watering great job
I believe the sake was Korean Soju, could read it.
would change the taste if you didn't add saki?
oh boy.. breathes heavily
"Remove all the air from the bag to marinade before heat." That's the part of dating I can't seem to get right. The bag always retains her wind and I get in my face when I ask her out for Number Two. So, as you can guess, I can never marinade the meat.
I found it! I'm so happy
Correct me if Im wrong but I think that "sake" you thought you had is actually Soju from korea. Which is way more bitter than sake is.
Can I dry pan fry these like the honey bourbon wings? You know I have to try this recipe!
I tried your recipe. They are awesome !
Those look outstanding, love the color!!!
These chicken wings are absolutely beautiful…. I'll try them but in the oven, I don't have a grill 🙂
Looks great Larry!!!!
Yay for the mirin, I feel like it's often left out. Thanks for sharing your awesome recipe, sir!
Beautiful wings! And I've been looking for a good homemade teriyaki recipe – thanks 🙂
Nice.Your food always looks incredible man!
Awesome looking wings Larry ..never seen any of those sauces in any of my stores..is it an line order only ?? Thanks. those wings had some serious color, can ony imagine how great they tasted..
Looks good!!
this homemade sauce looks amazing :)) yummy as always you are doing the best meat recipes!
Hey Wolfie, wrong link in the description to the recipe.
Gonna make these today. Because I can.
My "go-to" soy sauce has always been Kikkoman, but in recent years I've been exposed to Aloha, imported directly from Hawaii. Excellent stuff in its own right! It helps to have YouTube friends living in exotic places. LOL
The marinade looks great! Of course, the wings I try this on may look a little like thighs and drumsticks… LOL
I nearly had a heart attack last week in Publix. Picked up a nice rack of baby backs, and the price sticker said $6.49 / lb. I very quietly put it back on the rack. No effin' way!
gosh those looked great on the grill
Gorgeous wings there Larry. That color was KILLER! Bet they tasted even better!!!
Oooooooo… this looks wonderful Larry!! YUM YUM!!
Looking tasty as always brother! love the asian flair, thats my gig ! cheer s man!
If I can be a ponce and use a Food Network expression, the * flavor profile * of sake/soju has nothing on that of refreshing and delicious MALT LIQUOR.
Marinate and grill * only * with MALT LIQUOR.
Great WING video.
Outstanding!! Love my Weber! It's been a while since you've cooked in yours.
ay ah ay they look amazing ! I love wings thank you Mr wolf
Wolfieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, dats amore'eh!

Dam Larry those looked awesome. The color was great and I will bet the flavor was better. Great Cook Buddy!!
You did a beautiful job on those wings….most ppl leave them too close to the heat and they burn. Excellent job….I bet these were delicious.
Great looking wings Larry. Bet they tasted great
Those look amazing Larry! I'm so hungry!!!
Man, another killer recipe Larry!
Yes, Teriyaki is my favourite! 🙂 Love it! You just make me drool all the time 🙂 Brilliant and thumbs up ! 🙂
The wing king is at it again!
Soju is actually yam sake, and high alcohol. I had a night in Okinawa with some soju, … and … and … I think I can remember a few brain cells of that encounter. Weee-ooooo! These teriyaki chickens, screw it!, no need to be polite, these are great finger foods for adults (remember your babyhood with cramming food into your mouth with your fingers, getting fingers and face all covered with food, put on your bib). You are going to get all finger sticky anyway, so just man-up and finger-up. Not sure how much time the chicken is in my mouth, or my fingers, … and making sure I don't bite my fingers, and lick the chicken.
