"Remove all the air from the bag to marinade before heat." That's the part of dating I can't seem to get right. The bag always retains her wind and I get in my face when I ask her out for Number Two. So, as you can guess, I can never marinade the meat.

My "go-to" soy sauce has always been Kikkoman, but in recent years I've been exposed to Aloha, imported directly from Hawaii. Excellent stuff in its own right! It helps to have YouTube friends living in exotic places. LOL

The marinade looks great! Of course, the wings I try this on may look a little like thighs and drumsticks… LOL

I nearly had a heart attack last week in Publix. Picked up a nice rack of baby backs, and the price sticker said $6.49 / lb. I very quietly put it back on the rack. No effin' way!

If I can be a ponce and use a Food Network expression, the * flavor profile * of sake/soju has nothing on that of refreshing and delicious MALT LIQUOR.

Marinate and grill * only * with MALT LIQUOR.

    Great WING video.

Soju is actually yam sake, and high alcohol. I had a night in Okinawa with some soju, … and … and … I think I can remember a few brain cells of that encounter. Weee-ooooo! These teriyaki chickens, screw it!, no need to be polite, these are great finger foods for adults (remember your babyhood with cramming food into your mouth with your fingers, getting fingers and face all covered with food, put on your bib). You are going to get all finger sticky anyway, so just man-up and finger-up. Not sure how much time the chicken is in my mouth, or my fingers, … and making sure I don't bite my fingers, and lick the chicken.
