I love grilled Teriyaki Chicken marinaded over night in Kikkoman's Teriyaki Marinade. I've grilled thousands of chicken pieces in the the last 35 years and never had a cook not burn because of the sugar.

I just bought a Weber 26" grill and I'm devoted to discovering the low and slow method that will produce chicken that is cooked through but skins aren't burnt.

You're trying to eat a bit healthier?  Yeah.  I'm sure you dropped 3 to 4 stone since this was posted.  Ha ha.  I'll pretend to believe that at a later date.

Now that I still have half a batch of overpriced wings in the fridge, this is a top contender for what I'm gonna make tomorrow.  Thanks for this great recipe, Larry.

I wanted to come back to let you know that I have made these 2 times already and I used tablespoon of oil and everything came out good, so good that my daughter had me make them again.  Keep those recipes coming.  Do you have a recipe for garlic parmesan chicken wings.
