BBQ Grilled Pulled Beef Chuck Roast – Smoked Low and Slow

Chuck Roast – Cut from the beef shoulder. If you haven’t tried pulled beef, you need to. It basically cooks like pulled pork, but can be a bit stubborn when it comes to getting tender. The key is to cook in the smoke, then finish in foil to allow the meat to braise and break down. When it’s done and tender, it will twist like spaghetti on a fork. The meat is beefy, moist and most of all delicious

BBQ Pulled Beef Recipe | How to make Pulled Beef on the BBQ

BBQ Pulled Beef Recipe – In this video you will learn how to make Pulled beef. —— This Recipe was cooked on the Napoleon Kettle Grill Check it out here: http://amzn.to/1Kz4EKi – TO SEE OUR BBQ ACCESSORY GUIDE CLICK HERE: http://bit.ly/BBQaccesoryguide

To start this recipe you will need:

– 4lb chuck roast
– Worcestershire sauce
– Your favourite beef rub
– your favourite rib rub

First you will coat the beef roast with Worcestershire sauce followed by applying two coats of rubs. The base coat is will be your beef rub which will help pull out the beef flavour, the second one is applied lightly with a classic rib rub to add some depth and color as it’s cooking.

Once your beef roast has been prepped you will then place it onto your grill indirect and begin cooking for 4 hours using your favourite hardwood for smoky flavours.

After 4 hours you will then remove it from the heat and wrap it in tin foil, but before you do that you will place 1/2 onion, some garlic and 1/3 cup beef stock into the foil. When that is done make sure to wrap it tightly so that the moisture does not get out.

After an additional 4 hours *time may vary* you roast should be around 200 degrees. When it reaches its final temp *200 degrees* pull it off and let it rest for an additional 30 minutes.

After it has been rested, begin to pull it apart with two forks. It will be tender, juicy and delicious!

Serve with your favourite bun, taco, salad or on it’s own!

Enjoy!

That’s it. How did you make out? Let me know in the comments below as well as check out the links to the products we used in this video.
