Easy To Make Bacon-wrapped Meatloaf
High on the list of meals that make memories sits meatloaf. It’s one of those recipes that often gets a bad wrap, but it can still be so good! Watch as Chef Tom shows us a classic meatloaf recipe with a twist, he wraps it in bacon to add even more flavor. Smoked on the YS640s and wrapped in bacon, seasoned with Plowboys BBQ Bovine Bold, and then covered in Chile Slingers Original BBQ Sauce, it’s pretty irresistible, but add the Lone Star Brisket Rub, W Sauce, LEM high temp cheddar cheese and onions on the inside and the bacon and suddenly you get meatloaf that everyone will remember.
