Game Day Perfection: Irresistible Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings!




Last week Chef Tom showed us how to make Lemon Pepper and teased this recipe, so this week he’s making Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings over the fire on the Yoder Smokers 36″ El Dorado Santa Maria Style Grill. Chef Tom also shows us how to build more flavor with an easy to make hot honey glaze either that includes Heat Mavericks Antigravity Hot Sauce. And if glazes aren’t your thing, you can serve the wings dry with just the seasoning. This recipe is sure to be your future Game Day go to! Nothing warms us up and keeps us warm on a cold winter day like a rich creamy soup. Chef Tom shows us his goto recipe in this video. Cooked in a Lodge Dutch Oven directly over the flame in a Yoder Smokers YS480s, this one finishes rich and creamy. Savory flavors come from the Cattleman’s Grill Trail Dust and a fragrant mirepoix, then half is blended smooth to add a contrast in texture that fills your mouth with flavor in every bite. Welcome to 2024! We are so thankful to have you here joining us! Chef Tom is starting the new year off with something we haven’t before, Black Eyed Pea Hummus. This recipe exceeded all of our expectations! Starting with Rancho Gordo Black Eyed Peas prepared on the Yoder Smokers YS480S pellet grill and then blended together into a creamy hummus using the Vitamix blender. This has a perfect blend of peas, aromatics, and even some Cattleman’s Grill Blackening Seasoning. New Year’s is a great time to try new flavors and Black Eyed Pea Hummus should definitely be on your list.
