We’re big fans of steak & eggs, but what if we mixed things up to make Steak & Eggs Benedict? Chef Tom shows us how to put it together in this recipe! Using a Napoleon P500RSIB grill as a multizone cooker, first he prepares a blackened steak, then adds a rich creamy Hollandaise sauce with a little extra zing from Heat Mavericks Antigravity hot sauce on top. There’s also great tips on how to poach eggs as well as insight on how to prevent a sauce from separating. Tom shares so much knowledge in this video that it might as well be a how to manual. Fortunately this project has some tasty results!

Chef Tom shows us how to smoke a lamb shoulder overnight on the Yoder Smokers YS480S. Then he makes an incredible mint chimichurri to serve it with. With the bold flavors of the perfectly rendered lamb and the brightness of the mint chimichurri, there’s nothing missing from this recipe. It’s also easy to make and can served in individual cast iron skillets. You can also build it into other recipes as well. Try it and tell us what you think in the comments!

These are a few of our favorite things… Smoked Cream Cheese, Eggnog, and Crumbled Ginger Snaps combine to make this one simple and incredible. This dip is easy to make and it’s another one of Chef Tom’s creative uses of cold smoked cream cheese using the YS640S. You can bring it along to any holiday gathering or just have it out at home with some cookies and we’re sure everyone is going to love it! Speaking of cookies, leave this out for Santa this year and he’ll load you up with gifts!
