Swedish Meatballs
Britt shares her family’s classic Christmas dish: Swedish Meatballs! She puts her own spin on them by spicing up the gravy and slow-smoking them on the Yoder Smokers YS640s!

Looks Delicious ?? Good Job!
Plain and basement worthy.
yeah those will do
Marry me
Britt!
Damn Chef Tom is so different without the beard.
I like that mixer. Anyone able to make out the make and model?
We grind a mix of veil, pork and caribou (reindeer) for our Swedish meatballs. Give it a try.
Where’s the blooper from when you started the grinder with the die clamped in crooked?
Audio gain is pretty low.
Why do I have a hard time.Believing she is a chef?
Try chilling the meat after whipping it.
The Butcher of Swedish meatballs.
Doing IKEA for the holidays! Yum!
I'm so in love ??
Thanks for sharing Brit!!
Yummm! Thank you
Want a tip? We Swedes don't cook our meatballs in the saus. We make usually make the saus separate from the balls. But the rest is spot on. Just boil some potatoes and Wallah! Put some tubular lingonberries on the side and you just made of the best plain (swedish = husmanskost) meals we got. Great job!! ?
..nice ad for those hipsters devices
Ginger, hickory smoked salt and parsley? Oh, boy – you are so waaaaay off. This is some bastardized american version. 🙂
Run your bread through the grinder instead of the blender and the grinder will be much easier to clean with less wasted meat
Chef Brit is the s**t!! Excellent addition to the team. Will definitely be making this.
funky blender/grinder….what type?
pewdipie meatballs? why not?
Thank you for using leaner cuts of meat, I don't know what happened to this world but it seems to be on some kind of a super high fat diet. Their just ain't no need for all that extra fat so many keep adding to every dish! Leaner is almost always better!
WAIT. CHEF BRIT?! Where'd she come from?! I dig it!
That dish is looking very delicious and the presentation and Video is so nice again ???
My (Swedish) wife also cooks the onions with 1 (Swedish canned = little sweet) anchovie. It adds natural msg. 🙂
Is this Chef Tom’s wife?
Um not swedish. Caribbean jerk ? Misleading.
No lingonberries??
I think the chef is a vampire.
This with buttered noodles or for sort of a pseudo stroganoff vibe. Tastebuds blown.
Looks great! I would love to see a good eggnog from you guys! Pleeeease?
She seems so chill during this ?
As a Swede I will say, don't go too lean on the meat. 80/20 is a good blend. Then, traditionell serving is with boiled potatoes and lingonberry jam. And a pro tip. My father always changed the liquid (half and half) to a lager beer when it was Christmas. So that is our special Christmas meatballs.
My mom just puts the bread through the meat machine… to make breadcrumbs and push the last of meat out…
