Hi Larry, I enjoy your cooking videos. If you squirt some fresh lime juice over the pico de gallo & fresh vegetable toppings (minus the black olives) you will have a nice burst of bright flavor to make this even better. It looks like a real party pleaser. Thanks for the time and work that you put into your cooking videos. I am suggesting them to a teenage cook I know.

Looks really good but I'd put more cheese inside the crust as well as outside and of course it would benefit from some guacamole… 'cuz you can't talk dat talk unless you can guac dat guac.. 😀

I tried this, but subbed out the cheese for cheez wiz and subbed out the ground beef for fish sticks. It was really good dipped in cold spaghetti sauce.

I made this day before yesterday, only I put black beans, shrimp, crab and shredded chicken breast (with the seasonings). I also used goat cheese on top instead of the cheddar. OMG!!! It was so good! Thank you so much for the "idea". LOL.
