awesome Wolfe. I love Mezzata. I puree their gardiniera with green olives and garlic and use it as sandwich spread ala "New Orleans mufelletta". My friends think I'm a sandwich Goddess. I'm just lazy like you. LMAO!!

the deviled egg tray makes a great holder/carrier for these delicaces. Also I have used this shell idea to make tuna salad, seafood salad ,and taboulah salad stuffed shells. Possibitities are endless and great for summer parties. great idea!

I am definitely giving this a try, real soon too. The Grandchildren in South Carolina will love this. I just have to change up a few ingredients thou. We made your Meatball Subs on a Stick last time we were down there and holy cow were they a hit. So I am gathering Kid friendly dishes that they can get involved with. Thank you Larry for all your great videos and ideas.

Larry this is a very original idea, and I think the make a great appetizer for Christmas and New Year's. I like the idea of using these pasta shells and stuffing them with all of the anti-pasto veggies, looks like a great way to roll!

That's a whole lot of cutting prep work.  How much time did it take for you to do all that?  I'd probably go bonkers, but your final results sure do look fantastic.  Great job, Larry.

Oh my goodness, I am making these in a Jumbo version. Huge shells and lots of "Filling"  I have never made these, though I do love them. My Italian friends and neighbors would make this all the time. Now I get to do it too. Thank you so very much.
