I've been doing a stuffed loin marathon here at 5:30 am. Have 1 defrosting for tomorrow. Love your stuffing and gravy. Everything I do must be pairs with 1 gluten free. Pain in the butt. Won't even go into the triplicate because 2 wont eat mushrooms.
Venting aside – really liked your easy stuffing prep n gravy.

Lookin' real good Larry! Every component of this dish is a winner….This could easily be adapted to the Weber kettle via the indirect method, wouldn't you say? Maybe some apple wood chips for a sweet smoke, but then you wouldn't have that tasty gravy base…well you could still sear it first I guess….I'm gettin' an idea here…DOH! now I have a headache…
    Cheers!

That looks great Larry. I never thought about using apples in the stuffing mix. I have about 20 quart bags of Granny Smith apples sitting in the freezer. So, I don't have to even buy any of those. I am definitely going to try this recipe this winter.
