    Larry, I was able to pull off this recipe using half jumbo lump crab and half chopped bluegill fillets. The results were terrific! I did a video on it in which I mentioned your name a few times.     Im soo making these this weekend..Its so funny all of my favorite chefs on youtube commented on this same video, Michael and Rosie "Iheartrecipes" I have the white mushrooms, Just an 8oz so I may get another one and some crab meat, its on and poppin
    …Lastly Can I substitute that egg with something else
