Larry, I was able to pull off this recipe using half jumbo lump crab and half chopped bluegill fillets. The results were terrific! I did a video on it in which I mentioned your name a few times. I'm planning to make something similar to this as soon as I get my paycheck, hopefully tomorrow. Does the canned crab meat actually taste right, or should I stick to imitation crab(i really like this stuff, lol)?
