Where can I get the orange tray he seasoned the steak with? I searched it on the website since it has the logo but couldn’t find anything.
Mnomnomnomnom I LOVE Risotto ❤ 😍
I'm definitely gonna practice this for Thanksgiving!
It may only be 6:30 am but I’m ready to start the grill!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Made this at home tonight and my family loved it. Even my daughter who doesn’t like mushrooms said it was great. Thanks Tom
i am trying this recipe for sure… good one
i'm too stupid to make a risoto let alone pronounce it 🙁
I remember having butter chicken with rissotto carpe diém
I think down is Chef Tom's favorite word. Reduce it down. Mince it down chop it down. lol
Another fantastic recipe! Steak makes everything better!
Beef wellington rice lol
Wow!!! Looks amazing.
Love the Kettle Joe, just wish I didn’t have to take the grates and charcoal basket completely out to effectively clean it after/before cooks.
My favorite combo Steak and Mushroom Risotto! Thanks Chef Tom amazing stuff AGAIN!!
I think we need a compilation video of clips of just Tom taking his first bite from a lot of other dishes and saying “oh man” 😀
Wait, what? Did Chef Tom actually say that Risotto is the greatest way to prepare Rice? Nearly a billion people from South Asia will disagree. Biriyani is the greatest Rice Dish ever made.
Chef Tom! You are the man! I wish I can share this meal with you. This is my favorite dish of all time. Thank you for all of videos and great content.
Nice cook Chef!
Fantastic video! Only place I hear about risotto is Hell's Kitchen. I've always been curious! So many things to flavor risotto with.. thankyou!!
I was think mushroom stock in stead of chicken stock.
Chef Tom back with another banger!!! Looks amazing my man!
Could long grain rice work as well, or is short grain the way to go?
What was the final garnish?
I can't wait to try this!
Wow that looks great.
Looks great! What kind of gloves are you wearing?
really annoying how wrong Americans pronounce things
Man! I made a mushroom risotto last night with a pork tenderloin and green beans. I like the diced mushrooms instead of thin sliced. Chef Tom's reaction to taking that first bite was everything.
Chef Tom = 🐐
Chef Tom is on fire today!
1. Promoting North American beef.
2.Making a flawless risotto.
3.Putting the steak juices in the risotto.
4.Straight forward plating.
Great job! Thanks for the recipe 🙂
OUTSTANDING

Most risotto ive made takes about 35-40 min. Are you letting your steak rest that entire time and still getting a warm finished product? I usually only rest smaller steaks for 15 min so just curious.
Had a dish that was basically this (minus the Pecorino), but with wild Rabbit instead of steak. To this day, probably the best meal I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to give this a go!
How do you guys use these grills indoors? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
Looks great. You’ve inspired me to go grab a steak.
I love risotto and it looks absolutely perfect. The whole combination is fantastic again. 👍👍👍
Chef Tom tugging at my heart strings with that bella mushroom risotto.
Amazing! Curious why not adding all of the stock at once won't yield that same creamy-ness?
Looks great!! Thx for sharing Chef Tom!
💕
Not just for the holidays,im impressed anytime…Man That Looks Delicious.!!
Well Done!!! from Italy… risotto is one of our main dish!!!!
Looking good and simple however, this recipe needs a change for my tastes. Instead of one steak, we need two of them, one in the pan and one on the grill (for me). I wouldn't ever pass on the option to grill a fine steak over charcoals to get that smokey BBQ flavor ! Someone else in the crowd can savor over the cast iron singed steak.
I’m trying to figure out what the charcoal adds…
Excellent video, love making risotto, pares so well with most everything. Have made it with Farro a couple of times using the same method, comes out in some cases better than using Arborio rice
