I took some ques from this for a trial on wings. I took some raspberry fat free vinaigrette. Put it in a pan. Added half cup of natural cane sugar, TSP of Chipotle powder, 1/2 TS season salt, pinch of clove & cinnamon. As well as a 1/4 TSP of crushed pepper flakes. Then cooked it until it turned into a syrup. I added some Rice wine vinegar at the end to cut the sweet & to get the right consistency.

I got some drummies from the local store. Placed them in a SS bowl. Added some Weber Steak Seasoning & enough oil to coat. Tired them until they were well coated & placed them in the fridge to marinate for a couple of hours.

I turned on the Gas Grill to preheat & took the wings out of the fridge to acclimate. Placed them on the grill until they had a char on the outsides. Then lowered the grill temps & placed them so they would finish cooking on indirect heat.

Removed them from the grill & placed them in a bowl. Pour some of the Raspberry Wing sauce over them.

    Finger licking good.

Thanks for giving me the ideas….:)

Mmmmm . . . love your wings recipes, Larry 🙂 This one is sure no exception, and the strawberry glaze sounds very interesting. BTW, I did get your PM (29F? wow), and yeah, a number of other YouTube uploaders also report they can't respond to viewer comments. So you're not alone, my friend. I'm sure that YouTube will fix this issue very, VERY soon! 😉 😉 😉
Thanks and thumbs up for you as always, Norfolk Joe
