There's really been an increase in price and the way frozen meals are packaged nowadays, I believe to cater to the healthy eating crowd which grows every day. I might not agree with what a lot of them say but the amount of people like that grow every day and it makes obvious business sense to cater to such a huge part of the population.

How does 260 calories translate to “fit”? I’d need at least 5 of these with extra butter, and a cheeseburger for good measure before I can even consider myself nourished enough to be “fit”.

I did contracting work for sky chef. They use quality ingredients for everything. Good cooking practices. But the food has to be stored and reheated before you get it on a plane. They do a good job , trust me. But nothing compares to fresh cooked.

The meat in frozen dinners is almost always horrible. You'd have to be pretty lazy to not just cook this meal from scratch. Chicken, potatoes, and broccoli. Come on, that is super easy to cook using fresh ingredients.
