    This is probably my favorite recipe that you guys do. When i was stationed at Ft. Stewart GA, in the late 90's, I used to make a trip to Savannah a couple times a months. There was a place called "The Steak and Ale". They used to make a peppercorn steak dish. Man was it awesome!

    Why do some people like there meat so rare. They say it's taste and tenderness. But what's wrong with chewing ur food. And if u like the tastes of raw meat and or blood just why bother cooking it.
