I'm Chinese-American but I've never seen this on any Chinese restaurant menu. I do, however, remember that I used to order an actual Denver Omelette at the diner and put it between toast with bacon to make a sandwich.

I worked downtown St. Louis for over 30 years. Right across the street from the old Globe Democrat building on Tucker was a Chinese restaurant next to the Mo Bar and Grill, They had the BEST St. Paul sandwich I ever tasted. We would eat there two or three times a week. Always your money's worth and the taste was SENSATIONAL!!

I was born and raised in St Louis and the truth is, I'm sorry folks but that was not a Saint Louis, St. Paul sandwich that you've just seen in this video.
    No suh!
Lol…That was a scrambled egg and shrimp omelette sandwich. That is what he just made….Smh
A TRUE St. Paul sandwich is in fact, definitely deep fried to a golden brown colored fluffy egg patty!
This link below is more like it and showcases the real St. Louis, St. Paul sandwich and how it's made.
Oh, and by the way, for those of you who are confused and don't know, you do put tomatoes, pickles, onions and Mayo on the St. Paul sandwich.
    Yes suh!!!!

I love your videos man but being a cook myself I cannot stand the way you mix, spread, turn, etc… YOUR FOOD! It gets on my last nerve but I'll keep watching because (I'll have to admit) they are awesome.
