    Need some help. I’m visiting friends and they only have a 3 section gas grill. I’m willing to go buy some cast iron. Is this still “doable”? Need some advice: wood chips, Temp, etc…

    How do u keep the coals hot for that long or do briqettes last for that many hours….I've always used lumpwood…..tonight I'm using briquettes for the 1st time.

    Too much sauce. Hate sauce, most of the time it's like eating vinegar, or ketchup or other crap sauce, gets on your fingers, your face, adds little of value compared to the effort and inconvenience of eating a well prepared and cooked spare rib.
