    I did this on my Weber gas grill and it came out great. I put it on the left side under 2 burners on low with no tin foil tp. I used a little pecan wood too. if you use a gas Weber I would recommend turning on the opposite burner(s) on medium to high once the bird hits about 130 degrees for extra crispy skin.
