Follow me on this delicious journey of a simple smoked turkey breast. We eat a lot of turkey at this house and having smoked turkey breast for lunch meat and general snack is always great. I used my @Monument Grills Pellet Grill and flavored the turkey with @Kosmo’s Q BBQ & Grilling NEW Sweet Honey Pecan rub.
We used @Bear Mountain BBQ pecan pellets to add a sweet and mild smoky flavor to the turkey breast. I cooked it at 250ºF for about ninety minutes.
I cooked the turkey to an internal of 160ºF and let it rest and carry over cook to 165ªF.
Perfection isn’t often achieved but THIS cook came out that way!
