    Totally awesome. Addition. You can take 2 small pieces of quarter round against the Spam at the bottom before cutting. That way your slicing is uniform and can't accidentally cut all the way through while prepping.

    This is my favorite way to have spam now. The cornstarch is genius. It actually did make it crispy. Next time I make it I'm going to skip the sea anemone looking method and just cut them into complete fries and toss them in the rub and cornstarch so that every inch of them is covered.
