Smoked Pork Butt. Is it the Best Bite in BBQ? I think it may just be. Here is how we do a tender pork shoulder/butt. They turn out great every time and you can adjust your seasonings to take on the flavor you want. This one is a bit tropical with a bit of sweet heat.

    Lol I've run into this a couple times now with large pork 15+ lb shoulders just taking forever going overtime past midnight stalling forever….. and i bring it in and instead of wrapping and braising on the smoker I just pop the whole shoulder into a Large slow cooker on low with some braising liquid and like Apple or even pineapple juice and let it run overnight while I get some sleep lol. Never fails and saves on smoker pellets especially up here in Canada where it's still getting pretty cold at night sometimes 😏

    Could probably wrap it and do the same in the oven around 230-250 F as well.
