Smoked Pork Belly on a Pellet Grill

Smoked Pork Belly on a Pellet Grill

Today we are taking a whole slab of pork belly and smoking it like a brisket to get some beautiful pork belly slices. I used salt and pepper with a tiny bit of bbq seasoning to give this a dark, reddish hue. These turned out absolutely delicious. It smoked for almost 5 hours around 275 degrees. ENJOY!

Looks like it would make an awesome BLT! Also, you had me worried for a minute, it looked like you were about to lose that piece of heaven when you took it off the smoker lol.
