To be sure, if I were making a double batch of this recipe, would I simply double all ingredients in a bigger pan or should I hold back on anything? The milk maybe? I was already thinking of adding a tad less for a slightly thicker dish, just wanted to be sure. I’ll be cooking this for a large amount of ppl. TIA. Also I’ve had this already and it is for sure top 5 mc n chz of all time

I made it! Its fuckn delicious! However, your recipe insists on too much cheese… The cheese will harden up after sitting 30+ minutes. Next time ill try more Cream less Cheese. And I too Used 2 Charred Poblano peppers and 1 Serrano, instead of the Jar.

I made this as a side dish at my bbq about a month ago. People are still talking about it! Killer recipe. I did cut the 6 cups of milk to 5 (as he suggests to make it set up more) and did half the amount of green chilis which I thought was still plenty in the end. This is a dish that's worth the effort!
