Smoked Bread Pudding | How To Make Bread Pudding | Homemade Bread Pudding Recipe




Bread Pudding

• 16 Slices of Brioche Bread
• 8 Eggs Medium
• 4 Cups of Whole Milk
• 1 ½ Cup of Sugar
• 2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
• 2 Tsp of Apple Pie Seasoning or Cinnamon
• 4 TBSP of Butter

Let your bread sit out uncovered for a few hours to dry a bit.
Cut bread into 1 inch cubes.
Using one tablespoon of the butter, coat the inside of your pan.
Add your eggs, sugar, milk, seasoning and vanilla to large mixing bowl and whisk together thoroughly.
Place your bread in your baking pan, melt remaining 3 tablespoons of butter and drizzle over top of the bread.
Then pour your mixture over top of your bread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1hr and 15 minutes or until a tooth pick is clean when checking the center of the pudding.
Add your sauce below if desired and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

The Topper
• 1 Stick of Butter
• 3/4 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
• 3/4 Cup of Maple Syrup
• 3/4 Cup of Pecans

Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan.
Add the brown sugar stirring until smooth and incorporated.
Add the maple syrup and Pecans.
Bring to a slight simmer for 10 mins and remove from heat.
