I'm really digging Yellowbird! I had a Cajun/Korean restaurant that was lost to the pandemic that made a ghost pepper sauce very similar to theirs.
Yellowbird's blue agave sriracha – amazing!

How about an Ozark fried pork tenderloin sandwich? Swineapple? Chicken and dumplings? The flour dumplings like mom made. Not those noodle dumplings. Thanks for the smash tacos! Will make

Man this looks so darn good! The cheese sauce is something I see for the first time and I definitely will try. Wondered if you plan on doing some greek gyros? Your cooking style, the camera work, ingredients, all top notch.

You guys should make and sell bibs. Imagine a box like plastic wrap and its all bibs with your logo. And then there could be the deluxe bib set for the hoity-toity purists who launder such things.

Excellent! Any benefit to going Oklahoma style and put the onions down first? Probably a 6 in one, etc. situation I suppose. Still, though…. great idea CT
