Slow Smoked Beef Chuck Roast – Pulled BBQ Beef on a Weber Jumbo Joe
Nothing beats a good low and slow smoked BBQ Beef Chuck Roast. They take a long time in the smoker and require braising in order to get tender and stay juicy. Patience pays off when smoking a chuck roast!

Not a big fan of this one due to the wet finish of the rub. Crust would have been better and crispier fully done on the grill. Keep the videos coming. Truly enjoy your channel.
One of your earlier video's I see, thumbs up Larry!
