Just watched that one after the Wagyu burgers. The I realised that I haad all of the ingredients in storage, that was 10 minutes ago. Now I don´t have anymore, but I guess I´m going to have pickled red onions tomorrow. Sweet =)

I’m making this recipe using leeks, jalapeños, carrots and a few diced tomato with a hint of sugar for the sweet and savory element. Chef Tom you’re the best, excellent content and every demo/recipe is bullet proof! Keep in the great work?

Great video Chef Tom. We've added sugar, peppercorn, and garlic to our recipe and the flavor bursts with flavor. What other combinations have you tried to give it more flavor, we are always looking for ways to increase our flavor profile? Check out our how to video on our channel for pickled red onions.
