one think the pounds it flatt to make it eaven and then put it on the iron grate only to infuse small lines of flavor in the chicken 😀
Good to see you again Chef! Looks awesome.
This guy just talks to hear himself.
Not sure why you wore the gloves? Chicken handled by gloves and then raw chicken juice allover the surface of the bag. Not the most sanitary. Great recipe though.
Please please please make a Filipino dish called Bicol Express!!! It is absolutely fantastic! My Filipino coworker brings me some on his days off and it never gets old. It is meaty, fatty, a little creamy and can be pretty spicy if wanted. I don't even eat it with rice it's so delicious.
"it's just a recipe, it's just guidelines"

Great recipe Chef Eric. I grill a lot of chicken breast. Always need some variation’s. Thank you.
Awesome. But to fire up a charcoal grill for a 3-4 min cook? That's not a 30 minute weeknight cook. I'll stick to my gas grill for this one.
I always have pounded the chicken and then seasoned…why have I never thought to season first to pound in the seasoning?!? It just makes sense!!
Where is Chef Tom? This dude is ridiculous "use your finger to tell if it's done?"
This man should have his own channel if he hasn't already! Very informative 👏
Yesterday I got my box of all the cattleman's grill rubs, today I searched for chef Eric's YouTube channel, now I'm trying to figure out why I didn't look for it before. I always waited for him to come back on and never thought of it. Damnit Jim!
Thanks for coming back chef Eric!!1 🙂
"Delicious doesn't have to be difficult!" Nice substitute for "let's be good to one another"
very similar to the way I do weekday chicken! I do coat the chicken in EVOO prior to going to pound town.
That whats bbq all about 👍 take something simpel and make it legendary 😎
It's always nice to see Chef Eric here and of course another great recipe and perfect instructions 👍👍👍
Chef Eric is in the house!
Looks great, calling wife at the grocery store to add some chicken to the grocery list. So simple but looks so good.
Looks amazing. This one’s going on the menu for the week
These videos are so good. High quality content. The photography is on point and the recipes are good too 😉
I didn't know how much I missed Gephart until I saw him again, what a glorious human being!
The recipe is obviously delicious and straight forward.
That apron is too sexy to be on YouTube, you're looking fresh, Chef, fresh as a lemon. ❤️👍
Well this channel has taken a hard right turn. How many times can you mention Kamado Joe in 7 minutes. After all Eric is Director of Culinary Inspiration … yeah that's his real title. C'mon doesn't Kamado Joe do enough marketing on it's own channel without highjacking this channel. Seems a bit tacky to me to come on and overtly promote what are arguably the most over priced grills on the market. Unfortunately the round Kamados in my opinion are not very practical since a round surface area means you loose alot of potential cooking surface unlike a square or rectangular grill. BTW the Classic Joe III is about 2 grand … for an 18 inch round kettle and only 500 sq inches if you use all three tiers.
Compared to the 22 inch Weber Deluxe grill at 499. If you are hell bend on using a round cooking surface then you can buy 4 webers for the price of ONE Classic Joe III. You can certainly cook chicken on any cheap Weber or god forbid Pit Boss grill. This video is a bit too overt as a commercial. Not so much a recipe.
Chef Eric is super knowledgeable. Great recipe!
too much talking
I like Eric, something about his cander and his voice is just right.
