I wish I could send you a picture of the Muffuletta sandwich I made…mind you I live in the 4 corner's of the southwest so it was not easy as we are isolated from anywhere and ingredients are hard to come by. But man oh man what a masterpiece it was!!

I love your channel. I have a lifetime of fine dining experience working in some rather expensive and well known restaurants and you've done a great job of using everything possible and making the dish with said ingredients as good as could possibly be done. Wolfe pit do you have restaurant experience?

You sound completely different in these videos then your latest ones and I don’t mean the pitch of your voice I mean how you talk. It leads me to believe you have everything scripted in your new videos? Cause here you’re talking like a normal person. In your new videos it never sounds like you’re ready to end a sentence you talk so weird almost like if you’re reading it off a script

Great recipe but don't put it in the fridge folks. Leave it to mature and infuse at room temperature. I have made the mistake myself and I can tell you the fridge ruins bread.

I don't understand why you cooked the steak for such a small amount of time. I know Wellington is served medium but I would think a minute of cooking total would be way too rare. Also, the white fat on the steak can't be all that appealing seeing how it's not cooked well. I know it comes down to personal preference but wouldn't a sirloin or filet work better? I think I would bake it for a bit or possibility grill it. Great idea though thanks for the awesome content! ?

that steak is raw and needs at least a better sear , need to dice the mushrooms and onions a lot finer and your much better off making a sauce with the mustard and horseradish instead of putting a gross whole layer of horseradish 😡
