    Hey Chef Tom! I was recently watching a documentary on the vikings era, family heritage curiosity, and found out they ate a lot of sea food. I love any fish I can get my hands on, especially salmon. I've done your grav lox recipe and fell in love with that, but I was curious if you could do a video on making salmon jerky? I think it would be awesome, but don't trust myself to figure it out without a master such as yourself showing how to do it safely. Thanks for all your tips and ideas, I love when I see a new video from atbbq pop up on my notifications!

    do you create your own recipes or are you embellishing on a recipe you came across? all of your recipes get shared with my family whom love to cook. especially on the grill/smoker! we try to take them to the next level when possible!
