My Camp Chef filled itself up with pellets, choked out the fire, and gases caused an explosion today 6 hours in to a pork butt. This is the second time this has occurred. I'm calling them tomorrow. I will probably go with this controller, even though it is still under warranty. POC!
Where did you get the 7" RTD from? I don't want to buy the wrong one.
I see you previously installed a new fan and auger in the Camp Chef. Is that required with the Savannah Stoker or can you just pop it in a stock factory Camp Chef?
What is the difference between the factory temp sensor and the Savannah Stoker one? I will be looking forward to a video showing how you dial the controller in. Thanks
