    I agree with what you said. Prime rib doesn't need complex recipes! It is very easy to cook and you will get a great result simply with salt and pepper. I'm so tired of buying BBQ books and having recipes for prime rib – it's very easy to cook this. As a family man on a budget, I'd like to see how you turn the ugly cheap beef cuts into delicious eating – the true test of a chef. I like your eye of round recipe that's smoked but how about recipes for delicious hot cooked eye of round and any recipes of other rounds like outside, inside and top/bottom round and sirloin tip (my most hated cut that's on special about other week where I live in Canada). Sirloin tip tastes like liver (almost an organ cut in my opinion). Thanks for this video though!

    Why dont you use only salt instead of this powder? In my opinion salt enhances the flavour of the meat while other things steal a little bit of the flavour and make it a little less meaty if you know what I mean… ? ps:only my opinion.

    I would just like to say thank you. I didn't know very much about cooking and smoking Meats until I found your Channel absolutely awesome. I picked up a pellet grill and I've made many of your recipes all have been fantastic thank you! thank you !thank you! I especially love the prime rib and the spatchcock turkey and chicken. I've purchased quite a few of your rubs and they were all fantastic.
