dude… You fucking murdered this recipe… This looks absolutely amazing.. Where is your restaurant? I want to come right now. God damn dude keep killing it!!! This kind of cooking will not go unnoticed.
I agree with what you said. Prime rib doesn't need complex recipes! It is very easy to cook and you will get a great result simply with salt and pepper. I'm so tired of buying BBQ books and having recipes for prime rib – it's very easy to cook this. As a family man on a budget, I'd like to see how you turn the ugly cheap beef cuts into delicious eating – the true test of a chef. I like your eye of round recipe that's smoked but how about recipes for delicious hot cooked eye of round and any recipes of other rounds like outside, inside and top/bottom round and sirloin tip (my most hated cut that's on special about other week where I live in Canada). Sirloin tip tastes like liver (almost an organ cut in my opinion). Thanks for this video though!
I’m getting ready to do a prime rib soon, i think this one turned out really nice. In your opinion, what style would be your favorite as far as cooking method?
Why dont you use only salt instead of this powder? In my opinion salt enhances the flavour of the meat while other things steal a little bit of the flavour and make it a little less meaty if you know what I mean… ? ps:only my opinion.
I would just like to say thank you. I didn't know very much about cooking and smoking Meats until I found your Channel absolutely awesome. I picked up a pellet grill and I've made many of your recipes all have been fantastic thank you! thank you !thank you! I especially love the prime rib and the spatchcock turkey and chicken. I've purchased quite a few of your rubs and they were all fantastic.
Where do you set the damper on your Yoder? 1/2 way?
I like to thin slice mine and fry it in a cast iron pan?

Nice trim work, but mustard and dry rub spices…I think not. Salt, Pepper, butter, and a little garlic. Perfect!

great content. unfortunately I don't have a smoker in my kitchen.
Terrible, no bone and cut all of the fat off, this is a how not to cook prime rib video. Redneck style. Really really bad
what do you think about tying the roast?
Outstanding… Thank you
In a meat chunk this size, does the smoke flavor reach the center of the meat or is the smoke flavor mostly on the outer edges of the meat?

Looks incredible!! You guys should do a video on smoked pork belly or making bacon.
That looks delicious!!! Sometimes the simplest things are the best
Cooked your spatchcock turkey for Thanksgiving to a tee! Everyone loved it big thanks to you! Turned out perfect
Well at least you didn't over cook this one. No injection so I'll count this as a good redemption.
Love your stuff man, this is how we did a 23 lb bone-in prime rib roast;-) https://youtu.be/YdE1ZRV7Jjo
No words brother you are the man ?
Have you done a video on a standing rib roast? I can't seem to find one on the channel
All that fat on top is needed
