I seen you used some injection on a cut of eye of round. Would you recommend doing to Chuck or would it screw up the smoking process?

My man, prepping outside. Toss the extras on the ground for the critters.

thank you sir!
just cooked one low and slow, took off at 145… Perfect!!!! Thanks for all the tips!!!!!
If doing this indirect low and slow should we sear it? I noticed you guys didn't. Thanks for the help.
I tried Pit boys top sirloin roast 3 times and each time it was wonderful. The whole family loved them. Usually you get one that is not into smoked meat or BBQ and does not like something. However, everyone loved it. I cant wait to try the Smoked Chuck. I bet the BBQ Pit boys could make shoe leather taste great.
What smoker is that?
awesom beef roast and awesom video great job g6ys as always
Thank you for so many great videos!! I bet thin slicing some of those onions and adding them to the sandwich would taste good too!
awesom video and roast
IT’s GOOOOOOOOD
Great video, I personally would have took the roast out at 115 degrees.
Thanks for the video, we appreciate you sharing your expertise with us.Question: After you have finished cooking the roast (wrapped) does the steaming (?) make the bark soft?If so, would it help to further cook the roast without wrapping to firm up the bark similar to the 3-2-1 in BBQ?Thanks again
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh weeeeeeeeeeeee take a look at that!
14:30. I miss these old sound effects. They are funny as hell.
Can you use a 22 inch Weber with this?
Guuuuuuud
PitMaster priviledge my A$$! Let me taste that…
Lmao at the horse blanket part.
I have made this a few times. Turned out perfect each time. To get a chuck big enough I have to head to my local Mexican grocery store butcher. The butcher there ties it at no extra charge. I told him what I was doing with it and gave him the link to this.
I like to use red wine for a " water bath "
