    A few chips on the sandwich too eh? Looks great.   I see complaints about it being too rare.  Looks just right to me.  You don't wanna dry out a beautiful roast like that.  For those that like it more done you could always have a few coals going where they could cook some pieces longer.  But once the whole roast's well done there's no going back.

    just a suggestion of a fan of Brazil – as soon as I put the meat on the grill, I "seal" the piece by placing directly on the fire for about 5~10 minutes on each side and then roast indirectly as you do, so do not waste your juice – not that its lost 😉
