I've never made rack of lamb but now I must. Thanks Chef Britt!?
Who are you? Where's my bearded man crush?
Geez 1 side you left all silver skin. Cmon chef.
Someone sharpen that knife. Food looks great
Its cooked well but presented poorly, please sharpen your knife it could barely cut at all.
5/10
Beautiful lamb, I've been wanting to do some as well, now I have the motivation!
Yeah, lamb is not game meat. You dont serve it with some slop chick pea side. Ruined a perfect side of meat. Yuck
I love lamb and this is looking delicious – perfect job Chef Britt ???
That looks very tasty..I love lamb. Cheers!
What do people mean when they say lamb is "gamey?" I've never noticed lamb taste like anything but meat. Do some types of lamb have a more livery taste or funky taste to them?
Thank you, Chef Britt, that's a beautiful dish. Is there a way I can share my cooking results with you online? I don't have FB or IG but I have a Discord account.
I really had to listen, I could have sworn I heard "lamb is pretty mild in the world of gay meat" I laughed for like 10 minutes
great video keep up the great content
You are literally just a flatbread (and puréed chickpeas) away from an Easter gyro. Looks awesome.
Very good. I’m a banquet chef and make lamb quite often. Thank you for the content
I haven't seen a video in sometime what happened to the usual chef with the beard tom I think
I like Lamb and that looks great. I have never made chickpeas but I may have to look into it
