Sometimes mix in minced garlic and green+white onions to miso butter. Tiny bit of ginger if I have it. It’s now a necessity with steaks for my family.

Also what I love about the reverse sear is that the fat turns to almost gelatin so when you hit it with the heat it just melts and react amazingly.
