Chef Britt mixes together an iconic loaf of white bread, AKA The Pullman Loaf or Pain De Mie. Combined with the bacon she made the previous week, she creates a killer BLT sandwich.

    ps. Lately, it seems Youtube has messed something up.. Most of us subs are not getting notified in our email when new content is posted. We are only getting responses to the comments that we've left on various channels that we enjoy. Are they working on a fix for this?

    was any one else sad that she only put 2 strips of bacon on that BLT? not trying to be critical, but who only puts 2 strips of bacon on a BLT? the rest of it looked amazing.

    I usually let my bacon bake in it's own fat, will have to try the wire rack next time. FYI, grilled cheese with bacon looks like a good match for that bread.
