No better way to open the pit this spring than with pulled pork! I used this recipe last summer and it was the best pulled pork my family ever had! Many thanks! It's been a rough GD winter!

Now THESE are the classic BBQ Pit Boys videos I love! The ones that I first found out about when searching for "London Broil grilling". That was 5 years ago. You guys have taught me from starting out trying to cook a London Broil steak to grilling all kinds of meats now! Thank You BBQ Pit Boys!

Hi Guys, great video, thank you. !! the food looks GREAT. In the past I have cut off the fat-cap, rubbed the pork, then replaced the fat-cap during the time in the oven. I don't know if this is the best idea or not, any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated, thank you. Enjoy your dinner. ! One more question, Do you save the bone / bones for bean soup ?
